Family Weekend 2026

Pre-registration for Family Weekend 2026 will open at 10am EST, September 17. Those who do not pre-register will be able to register onsite at the Family Weekend Welcome Center at the Heffner Alumni House, October 23th (10:00am-7:30pm) and October 24th (8:00am-3:00pm).

Planning Your Weekend

As you begin to plan the details of the weekend, please make sure to check in at the Family Weekend Welcome Center at the Heffner Alumni House. Check in is on October 23th (10:00am-7:30pm) and October 24th (8:00am-3:00pm), where a detailed schedule with all event times and locations will be provided. A $16 Family Weekend registration fee covers the registration of your family.  Each family registering will receive a free tote & gift to be picked up at the Family Weekend Welcome Center during the hours listed above.  Once checked-in at the Welcome Center you are free to enjoy the rest of the weekend festivities. 

Family Weekend is an independent and self-supported event for RPI families. The registration fee enables us to provide several events during Family Weekend at no additional cost to participants. The registration fee also covers the cost of Family Weekend publications, online and onsite registration services, registration materials, staff and service fees, and more.
